At six, my mother moved us from Bollnäs — a small town in central Sweden — to Malmö. At sixteen, I moved to New York City alone. Every step since has been about bridging the distance between where I started and what I want to build.
Structure and discipline came from the Marine Corps. Theory came from NYU. But leadership — leading by example, taking initiative, knowing when to make the call and when to trust my team to make it — that started long before either. Now all of it converges: founding companies across borders, building teams that think collaboratively, and approaching every problem with honesty about what I know and what I don't.
